Subscription Services: For our subscription-based services, we do not offer refunds for any billing periods that have already commenced. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

Exceptions: In certain exceptional cases, such as duplicate purchases or technical issues that prevent you from accessing the product or service, please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and determine an appropriate course of action.
